Hello everyone, I’m Ticha! Many of you may recognize me with my bangs. I usually have very thin hair on the crown of my head, and my front hairline recedes on both sides, which is why I’ve always kept bangs.
I’ve thought about hair transplant for a long time but never had the courage to go for it. A friend recommended Hairsmith Clinic, saying the doctor is really skilled. So, I decided to check out the reviews on their website. Wow, there are so many positive reviews! Plus, the transplanted hair looks very natural.
Natural appearance is something I’m concerned about because I worry that the hairline might end up looking too straight, like some actors I’ve seen who had transplants at other clinics that looked unnatural. Let’s see how my hair transplant turns out!
Before the hair transplant, the doctor measures the number of grafts and designs the hairline. You should trust the doctor’s design; it will be the most flattering and beautiful! After measuring the grafts, it was time to prepare for the surgery. I chose the FUE technique for my hair transplant, so they shaved the hair on the back of my head, but when I let my longer hair down, you couldn’t see the shaved area at all—just felt a little lighter.
Finally, it was time to enter the operating room. The bed was similar to a spa bed, which was really comfortable. When the doctor injected the anesthesia, I asked the doctor if it would hurt. She said, ‘Of course, it will hurt a bit because of the needle.’ I thought, ‘That makes sense,’ but after she finished, I didn’t feel a thing! The doctor was so gentle. After that, I can’t really describe what happened because I fell asleep the whole time. It was so relaxing! The next thing I knew, the doctor was asking me to turn over. The hair transplant process was calm and easygoing, and it only took about four hours!

After the hair transplant, the first two weeks are crucial for ensuring the grafts stay intact, but I continued my daily life as usual. After about 4-5 days, I returned to work and did my makeup as normal. I just had to remind the hairstylist not to touch the transplanted area, but since I had bangs covering it, the scars were completely hidden.
After two weeks, I went back to the clinic for a hair wash to remove the scabs. This process was super relaxing! The clinic applied coconut oil beforehand, and then we washed out the scabs. Once they were all gone, it felt so much better, as I had experienced a little itching from the scabs before.
Now, three months, I returned for a follow-up with the doctor and could see fine hairs starting to grow. The hair on the back, where it was shaved, has fully grown back as well! So, if you need to shave the back of your head and choose to hide it, don’t worry at all—it’s completely unnoticeable!
It’s been six months since my hair transplant, and I’ve experienced a lot of hair growth, to the point that my face has changed significantly! The doctor mentioned that the hair will thicken even more, and this is just 50% of the final result.
But even at this point, I feel so much more confident! I don’t have to constantly fix my hair when the wind blows. Styling my hair has become much easier; I don’t need to rely on my bangs to cover up or worry about them parting anymore!
For anyone facing similar hair issues, I highly recommend this! Dr.Prima is really kind, and most importantly, the results look so natural. I’m extremely happy with the outcome!
